As the Director of Strategic Financial Planning for Oster & Fischer, Amanda works directly with clients to get to know their entire financial, family and work situation to develop a solid Financial Plan. She also educates clients on the variables that influence the outcome of their plan and empowers them to make the best financial decisions possible.
Amanda Fischer has been in the financial services industry since 1997. Prior to becoming a Financial Planner, Amanda worked for a national employee benefits company where she designed and implemented benefit plans for large companies. She conducted educational meetings for companies throughout the Metro Atlanta Area and counseled employees on their benefit options. These experiences lead Amanda to the decision to pursue a career that would allow her to work with individuals in pursuit of their financial goals. She specializes in Financial Planning, Risk Management, Employee Benefits, College Funding and Investment Strategies.
Amanda received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia where she majored in Risk Management and Insurance. Amanda has also earned the Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) designation from the Institute of Business and Finance in La Jolla, CA.
Amanda has a passion for educating and empowering individuals towards becoming financially independent. Amanda’s number one priority is family and she understands the importance of maintaining balance in life. She advocates for her clients to save at the appropriate levels so they can work hard and play hard during their careers while also saving for the future. Amanda resides in Roswell and enjoys spending time with her family. Most of her free time is spent with her husband and her son at sporting events and on the lake. Amanda enjoys entertaining, boating, camping, traveling and being outdoors.
