Client Service Manager
As the Client Service Manager, Heather is an essential team member that provides exceptional service to our clients. Heather’s thoughtful personality, communication skills, thoroughness, and attention to detail are among her strongest attributes. She believes that building and maintaining client relationships are an invaluable part of client service. She handles not only the myriad of normal service issues such as new account setup, database updates, updates to automatic funds distributions, but is also integral in on-boarding of new clients and setting up review/strategy meetings.
Heather Cooper graduated from The University of Georgia with a BBA in Banking and Finance. While completing her degree, she also studied Finance at the University of London and gained further perspective through her travels in Europe. After college, Heather worked in Finance as a Registered Sales Associate for Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.
Heather lives in Marietta with her husband Brian and their three children. Heather is an avid volunteer in their schools and throughout the community. She also enjoys organizing, playing tennis, travel, photography, and interior design. When Heather is not in the office, she is either on a lacrosse field, a basketball court, a volleyball court, at a dance recital or on a tennis court watching her kids do what they love.
