As the Client Service Manager, Heather is an essential team member that provides exceptional service to our clients. Heather’s thoughtful personality, communication skills, thoroughness, and attention to detail are among her strongest attributes. She believes that building and maintaining client relationships are an invaluable part of client service. She handles not only the myriad of normal service issues such as new account setup, database updates, updates to automatic funds distributions, but is also integral in on-boarding of new clients and setting up review/strategy meetings.
Heather Cooper graduated from The University of Georgia with a BBA in Banking and Finance. While completing her degree, she also studied Finance at the University of London and gained further perspective through her travels in Europe. After college, Heather worked in Finance as a Registered Sales Associate for Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.
Heather lives in Inlet Beach, FL with her husband Brian and their daughter. Her two boys both attend The Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia. Heather is an avid volunteer in their schools and throughout the community. She also enjoys playing tennis, pickleball and golf, traveling, photography, and interior design. When Heather is not in the office you can usually find her relaxing on the beach or on the tennis court.
