As the Director of Operations for Oster & Fischer, Oksana is primarily responsible for enhancing the firm’s operational infrastructure, strengthening service delivery, and supporting the continued growth of the practice. She works closely with the team to ensure a seamless client experience while expanding the firm’s capabilities to provide an even higher level of service and optionality.
Many clients may remember Oksana from her earlier tenure with Oster & Fischer from 2005 to 2008, when she served as Client Service Manager. During that time, she played a key role in building operational processes, managing client onboarding, and supporting the delivery of high-quality client service.
Oksana brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with deep expertise in advisory operations, technology platforms, regulatory processes, and team leadership. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of Advisory Services at Atria Wealth Solutions, where she supported a fee-based business segment across seven broker-dealers with more than $25 billion in assets under management. In that role, she led firm onboarding efforts, enhanced advisory platforms, managed multi-location service operations, and implemented initiatives to improve efficiency, compliance, and client service delivery.
Prior to Atria, Oksana was Advisory Services Manager at Cadaret, Grant & Co., Inc., where she oversaw more than $4 billion in advisory assets. She led large-scale operational and technology initiatives, strengthened reporting accuracy, and ensured strong regulatory compliance across teams. Earlier in her career, her experience at Goldman Sachs & Co. within Private Wealth Management further developed her ability to serve high-net-worth clients, manage complex situations, and collaborate across the organization.
When not working, Oksana enjoys traveling, gardening, and serving in her local church community. She and her husband Tony live in Upstate South Carolina with their three daughters, Emma, Lucy and Alina.
